As part of our policy, we do not accept cancellations or exchanges once the order is confirmed. No refunds will be processed for cancelled orders under any circumstances. In case of an error or discrepancy in the order details, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order to explore possible resolutions, which are subject to Arohann’s sole discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock, we will notify you via email. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

15. SHIPPING

Customers must bear return shipping costs for any alterations on international and domestic orders. There are no alteration charges if requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

16. UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

If a product is returned to Arohann due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, we will attempt to contact the customer to arrange redelivery. If the customer cannot be reached or does not respond within 2  months from the initial delivery date, Arohann reserves the right to retain or dispose of the product without further liability or obligation. The customer will not be entitled to a refund or exchange in such cases.

17. DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for payment of all applicable import duties, taxes, and charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled directly with the customs authority or logistics company. Failure to pay duties or taxes may result in delayed delivery, return of the product, or additional charges, for which Arohann bears no responsibility. Arohann is not liable for any penalties, delays, or additional costs arising from customs-related issues.

Any payments made for sale products are non-refundable. Alterations or resizing for sale products are not permitted.
