All garments are made to order. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

We do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been placed.

Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at info@arohann.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Customised products cannot be returned.

Our representative will guide you through the resolution process.

We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The item(s) must be in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Garments with makeup stains or perfume scents will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

The return process may take 7-8 days.

Please follow our return guidelines. Arohann cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned independently, we recommend that you use our registered shipping method so that the order can be tracked.

For eligible returns (due to damage or defect), a refund via a digital credit coupon after the returned product passes our quality check.

The digital credit coupon:
- Can be used for future purchases on www.arohann.com.
- Is valid for 90 days on a single purchase.
- Must be applied at checkout on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon amount.
- Any excess cart value must be borne by the customer.
- Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes, and tariffs paid by the customer.
